I know the file is not corrupt because my colleague can play the file just fine, both locally and through the network.In the future I'll have to specify what type of audio formats I support. I'm in the process of contacting Verint.Apparently, Verint sort of owns Comverse. I downloaded and installed the codec but still wasn't able to play the wav file. Could this have the special codec since G.723.1 is part of the ITU standards?Any ideas? I did smore hunting and I found where a contacted Verint and got the codec from this website (Triple W, period Verint period com forward slash verintmultimediacodec). Do that until I can't play the file then that must be the magic codec.I see that she has Netwaiting on her laptop.
